Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy governs the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the "Products") provided by North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o./ofsecman.io under any ongoing agreement. The policy is intended to safeguard our business, customers, and the broader Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activities.
Customers of North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o./ofsecman.io who engage in activities prohibited by this policy may face service suspension or account termination. In extreme circumstances, we may be required to report such activities to the relevant authorities.

Fair Use
Our facilities are provided with the expectation that usage will align with "business as usual" under our offer schedule. If usage exceeds reasonable limits, additional fees may apply, or usage capacity may be restricted.
We are firmly against all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights violations, or actions that harm or disadvantage any individual, group, or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users ("end-users") to engage with our Products with similar intent.
Customer Accountability
Our customers are responsible for their actions as well as those of any individual using our Products with their permission. This responsibility extends to unauthorized use of our Products resulting from inadequate security measures implemented by the customer.
By using our Products, customers agree to ensure compliance with this policy by all users of the Products, including end-users. Any complaints regarding customer actions or those of their end-users will be forwarded to the account's designated contact.
If a customer, their end-user, or anyone using the Products via the customer violates this acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to terminate the Products associated with the offending account or take any other remedial or preventative action, without prior notice. No service credit will be issued for interruptions resulting from such violations, as allowed by law.
Prohibited Activity
Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Access to Material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
Materials protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.
Materials that are obscene, defamatory, constitute an illegal threat, or violate export control laws.
Customers are solely responsible for the content they input, upload, distribute, transmit, create, or publish through our Products, and for securing legal permissions to use any works involved.
SPAM and Unauthorized Messaging
Our Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam") in violation of applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sending spam, soliciting customers via spam from other providers, or collecting responses to spam sent from other providers.
Operating unconfirmed mailing or telephone lists ("messaging lists"), including adding users without their consent.
All messaging lists on our Products must operate as "confirmed opt-in," and customers must retain proof of consent for the list’s duration. The use of purchased email or telephone lists for spam or unconfirmed messaging purposes on our Products is strictly prohibited.
This policy applies to messages sent using our Products or any network by customers or their agents, including messages that indirectly refer recipients to sites hosted on our Products.
Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activity
Our Products must not be used to advertise, transmit, or make available software, programs, products, or services designed to violate this policy or that of other service providers. This includes:
Enabling spam or engaging in activities such as network sniffing, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial-of-service attacks.
Accessing accounts or resources without authorization (e.g., "hacking", "cracking", "phreaking").
Intentionally introducing viruses or malicious code into our Products or systems.
Engaging in harassment, including denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, advocacy of racial or ethnic intolerance, or any activity designed to threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
Other unethical, exploitative, or malicious activities include:
Attempting to obtain services without payment.
Using our facilities to fraudulently obtain services from another provider.
Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of customer or end-user information.
Interfering with the use of our facilities by other customers or authorized individuals.
Publishing or transmitting content that incites violence, depicts violence or child pornography, or threatens health and safety.
Violating consumer protection laws.
Violating privacy rights.
Our Products may not be used by any individual or entity associated with illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or the development or use of weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.
Unauthorized Use of North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o./ofsecman.io
We prohibit the impersonation of North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o./ofsecman.io or the misrepresentation of a significant business relationship with our company. Customers may not falsely claim ownership of any North Commerce and Distribution s.r.o./ofsecman.io property (including our Products or brand) for the purpose of fraudulently gaining services, customer trust, or patronage.
About This Policy
This policy represents a non-exhaustive list of activities and intentions we consider incompatible with our business.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by publishing a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the earlier of:
The customer’s first use of our Products following the publication of the revised policy; or
30 days after the publication of the revised policy on our website.
